Overview:
STYLE INORGANIC ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY HIGH PERFORMANCE FIBER.
Basalt fiber is made of basalt by pultrusion under high temperature. It is an environmentalfriendly high performance fiber which performance is between S-fiber glass and E-fiber glass.
It is weaved by 33tex,80tex, l00tex,300tex,800tex...basalt fiber as material,weave pattern including plain,twill,satin and UD.
Features:
1. Good stability,electrical insulation,corrosion resistance,burn resistance,high temperature resistance,oxidation,resistance.
2. Excellent cost performance.

Basalt is an ideal advanced material to replace steel and glass rebar. GBF can provide different size and appearance bars to meet clients demanding. Such as, sand-coated, without sand-coated, rod, basalt rebar with steel core inside, which is widely used in the production of building components, panels, barriers, sidewalk, pavement, facing slabs and many other structural components, in view of their high electro-insulating properties, basalt bars are used for making insulators for high-voltage power lines, hydraulic engineering, concrete barriers, highlighting poles & seismic hazards. And rebar with cable in the core is new GBF technology to supervise the condition of buildings, airports, tunnels, etc.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
