Carbon fiber
Carbon fiber is a special fiber with carbon content above 95% which based as PAN produced through pre-oxidation,carbonization and graphitization.It's density is less than 1/4 of steel while strength is 20 times if steel.It not only has characteristics of carbon material but also has workability,flexibility of textile fibers.
Carbon fiber multi-axial cloth is a kind of non-crimp, multi-axial and multi - structure reinforcing material. Each layer is sewn together with a polyester yarn. By using multiple directions (0 °, 90 °, + 45 °, 45 ° -) of the different combination, can also add chopped layer or stitch-bonded mat and other material.
This is 160gsm which is light weight made by 12K T700 toray carbon yarn.And we also can make heaver weight as 200g and 400g and so on.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Payment<=10000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
